Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel

The most comfortable beds with down pillows and comforters!!! Loved the customer service and location. You can order room service or delivery from Axis, a restaurant serving all types of food!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly . The wifi was fast for me. Parking is $25 a night but you can keep your car there until 6pm the day of checkout which is beyond helpful.

Wonderful place to stay. Great staff helpful and friendly . Accommodations were great. Good location next to University of Pennsylvania . Close to everything that was important to us.

Location is great for Penn and Drexel , but the place is really showing its age. Hopefully they can freshen it up sometime soon.

For major weekends at the University of Pennsylvania or Drexel , such as graduation, reserve at least four months in advance and expect to pay quite a bit.

I booked on hotwire & it was $100 well spent. Very clean , nice decor, free wifi . Small but nice pool & great Chinese restaurant

The hotel parking is very tight for a long or large vehicle. All of the columns in the parking garage are ridiculous!

Starbucks right down the street, go out main door and make a left. On the corner in the plaza with the sculpture .

Nicely renovated, but bathroom lighting still too dark! Lower rooms are noisier so get one higher up.

Rooms are clean and nice! Only a few miles from downtown.

They have free wifi in the rooms and let you print for free in the Business Center ! Awesome!

Free computers in some of the rooms. Can also plug in a HDMI video source to send to the TV ...

Nice fun at the poolside ...wish I had some chips .....wish they had a snack bar .

Great location if you are visiting Drexel

It was good in the past, but I think it's the worst hotel now! When we wanted an extra bed, someone just dropped it in our room, said "Take care" and left without even preparing the bed! Preposterous!

This hotel is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are over-priced, and the service is poor. The fire alarm went off at 2:30AM, and the hotel did not take responsibility. Awful hotel .

Oof. Nice staff , but this hotel is so tired it's in a coma. Peeling wallpaper, rusted fixtures...

Unless you get a room for a really low price, THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH GOONG TO. It doesn't smell good, poor service, and NOT SO CLEAN . Will NEVER COME BACK!!

The beds are really comfy

A fine establishment, though I asked for a room with a marble hot tub and they had none.

Free printing from your laptop or bring a usb plug. Don't even need to be a hotel guest, it seems.

The Wifi in the rooms is painfully slow.

Very slow elevators . Allow extra time if you have fixed appointments.

They advertise valet service , but they don't have one. :-X

Wifi is super slow (think dialup speeds). Rooms are terribly ugly and old. Club lounge on 20th floor sucks. Don't go here, if you have a choice.

Concierge service is lacking
