I had the double-triple classic burger . I loved every greasy bite of it (and it was sitting a pool of delicious grease). The Smash fries were disappointing, but I’d come back for the burgers . So good.
Gotta get the Bluegrass Burger , Wild Turkey Bourbon bbq sauce , applewood smoked bacon , melted cheddar cheese and fried banana pepper rings on an egg bun . Oh so good!
Whenever you come to a great place known for burgers stick to burgers only! My sweetie got the Bacon Brisket & it was amazing I got the grilled ck sandwich it wasn’t. She loves this place :)!
Cashier was super cool, especially for the Sunday afternoon rush of a couple events being held locally. One of the best burgers I've ever had as well , the Classic without onions .
I had the bacon cheeseburger , no pickles and it was quite good! A bit greasy but its a burger , what do you expect? Smash fries are pretty good too. Parking is hard around noon on weekdays.
Remember the Frickled Pickle at Gennys Diner ? Get the fried pickles here from the "secret menu "
Best burgers ever. The food here tastes real unlike McDonalds. Get the create your own Smashburger. You won't regret it!

Ask for the pretzel bun , not on the menu , but delicious and healthier!
If you arrive around lunch time, expect a 20 minute wait before receiving your food. The place will be littered with trays from previous diners as there are no trash cans to throw away your garbage.
The mushroom Swiss burger was delicious but the smash fries were great!!!

The service has went totally downhill, The cashiers are rude, all tables were left dirty . We stood for 5 mins b4 one could be cleaned . Yet 3 emp told an elderly man he couldn't use their bathroom .
Must've been an off night. Got my order wrong in 3 different ways.

Normally a good place the fries couldn't be eaten by 3 of the 4 of us, disgusting.
No one is happy to work here. I've seen several co workers huff and puff and be rude to customers.

Sort of hard to navigate the main concourse and lower lobby meeting rooms. Certainly not intuitive. Very nice facility overall. - Paul T.
