Very bad customer service. The apple pencil I received as a present doesnt charge, & they told me it is normal because I havent charged it earlier. They offer to sell me a new one! Never never again.

Service nightmare. Geniuses are well trained in standard sales talk. Don't expect objective decisions or even just decision criteria. Be aware of the lack of service before you buy.

One of the worst Genius Bar support of Apple. The technician are super dumb and they don’t know how to troubleshoot. I took my laptop to restore back up and guy erased hard drive without asking.

Disappointment about service. My iPhone overheats. Apple told me buy another one if you want to e always available. Maybe due to latest iOS version - how should I know that your software is broken!

Genius Bar - worst service ever! Had to wait 10 minutes to be able to check my self in for my appointment to learn that my slot is now gone because I was late. WTF! Not blaming the employees but Apple

Worst Customer Service Ever. Don't expect anything special. Broken lightning cable? Standard problem for any store in the US ... no chance here. Buy online or in the US.
