Nando's

One can shop the whole day, stop for a while here to get rested n then continue shopping. No need to order food as the staff are not in a hurry to serve u. They just clean empty tables. NICE!!!

Service was good, very friendly , fast wifi connection which was very convenient for us as iPhone users without 4g connection. Food was well done and cooked properly

The best outlet so far. Food & drinks were served within 10 mins at 2pm on a Sunday. Ordered kid's meal & we got drumsticks (instead of drummets) & the drinks were in big glasses.

I’ve visited it 3 times during my trip to Kuala Lumpur. Delicious food, spicy & tasty! Try the Chicken & Rice Dish.

One of the staff just trow the straw on the table while her manager ask her to refill the ice lemon tea . So rude!! She is working on Sunday shift on 1/09/2013 at 3pm..

Noted this Pavilion branch tendency to over grill their meat till charred I don't get this issue from KLCC Nando's branch. Seen on grilled veggies too. Too much charring ain't good on taste & body.

The waiters & waitress only chatting & making 'the face' when customers calling them for orders & etc

The peri-peri chicken is all good. What's not good is that the waiters takes forever to come to your table.

The food taste nice. But is it just me, or the chickens have gotten smaller ? Or I have become bigger ?

Service is slow, waiters are not well trained and your orders may be different from what you order so make sure it's correct. Staff will take ages to bring your drinks too

Terrible service as I need to get menu by myself while staff just walking around and pretend they do not hear anything. Staff never wear a smile and keep on showing black face. Disappointed.

Service is good, foods are nice. 10/10 would recommend.

29/07/2014: ordered meal for 2 pax.. just simple a full platter meal but takes almost an hour to serve.. Service very slow & not RECOMMEND TO EAT IN NANDOS PAVILLION

Asked for 2 empty plates n that took bout 20mins...had to walk over to da drinks area to ask for it ourselves...n da best is,da waiters were standing right next to da plates

These guys are a bit ridiculous... The place only closes at 10pm. Got here at around 9:30pm, and they say I could only get take away ...

They have the worst service ever!!!!! Our table was empty of tissue, sauces. The staff weren't well-trained!They kept ignoring our request so we had to go by ourselves to bring the sauces and tissues.

Horrible customer services. A simple drinks waited for 30 minutes and food is not serve as promised time frame of 15 minutes.

45 min for 6 pcs wings . No side order has arrived yet. It's not even peak time! !

Worst customer service ever!! So many staff , but non of them able to see you!! I been raising my hand more than 8 times, during off peak hour. Come on! There's only few table is occupied.
