If you're in the mood for Ishi-Yaki (hot stone cooking right at the table), but not in the mood for meat, try the Kinoko Meshi . Hot stone bowl rice , mixed mushrooms , and iwanori, mixed tableside.

Their happy hour is pretty good! Their host and servers are awesome. Servers can be catty in Yaletown but the girls here are awesome! Forget about the Flying Pig across the street!

Wasn't happy they didn't tell us the 1/2 off hapas didnt include all the hapas so tht kinda ruined the experience but food was great esp gindara , ebi mayo , aburi saba! Tuna carpaccio tasted weird tho

Most of the food we ordered was really great (we got about 10 different dishes in total and just shared everything). DO NOT ORDER THE GYOZA ! It's not even a dumpling and just really bad.

Terrible advertising, sign on the door says "happy hour half price tapas " turns out its at their Coal Harbour location, which is no where near. Very misleading. Portions are very small.
