Agree with other tips on the great hotel service. The staff were nice, helpful, and friendly . Breakfast buffet was really good. Room on 4th floor was really nice.

They stop giving out wifi vouchers to guests staying at the hotel . Instead, you can use your last name and room number to log in to the wifi but it is disappointingly slow :-(

Отель очень хороший, чистый с хорошим завтраком . Месторасположение супер 1 км до ж/д вокзала , между 2 станциями метро (крас. лин), до Дуомо 3 или 4 станции без пересадки. До Серравалле прямой автобус .
Wifi действительно бесплатный, скорость ок для гостиницы . Хороший отель , уютный и чистый номер . Есть девушка на ресепшн , с которой можно поговорить на русском, если совсем туго с иностранными языками

El desayuno es prescindible ... Café horrendo( en Italia?) hab.pequeñas pero cómodas y no se oye nada el ruido exterior. situado en zona compras y cerca centro, , dos paradas metro o 20 min caminando
