Surprised to find a 'her giao' (fish dumpling ) in my $3 serving. Missing that silky skin though
Fishball still lacks any fishy flavour or bite. Too much water used in this recipe. This is their $5 bowl, in which the fishcake slices had a sour taste (not vinegar)
