Extremely busy! I mean what would you expect from a Sephora store right at Times Square! Of course it's a huge store but I try not to come here for my peace of mind! Staff are very friendly tho!

Stay away from the Sephora because staff are extremely rude. I asked for a red lipstick. She said there is none and just walked away. I got sthg with my points and they didnt even give me a bag.
