Everything is delicious at Spice Jar. Generous portions , friendly staff / owners, reasonable prices. I would especially recommend the edamame for appetizer , the Laksa , & the Mongolian beef .

The sesame miso ramen will warm your soul. The braised spare rib bao is great bang for your buck. Skip the seaweed salad . (It's not bad but there are many better options.) The owners are the nicest.

Karina van Schaardenburg

Lovely unpretentious neighborhood spot . I got the ground chicken miso ramen and thought it was A+

TK-421

Love the garlic noodles and miso ramen . Tried the homemade tofu , it's good with the wasabi salt, but too soft for me. Green curry is also great. No tips about droids though.

Kira Downey

Amazing ramen ! Got it vegetarian ‘Off-menu’. The ginger mint lemonade left us craving it the whole next day. Only down side was slow preparation... food was worth the wait though!

Eduardo Ramirez

I tried the zen noodles soup and the laksa . it was very cold out so it complemented the weather very well . Probably the best seafood soup i've had in a while

An Sheng

Very cozy place, small menu, but everything on it is excellent! The seafood fondue was ????

Vivian Wang

Solid pan Asian food . Liked the laksa , green curry and portobello tempura . Get the Bambi sake or wasabi ale for drinks!

Jamie Williamson

Absolutely wonderful! Try the seafood fondue . The BBQ Bao is another must have.

Love the fried rice here! The Laksa was a little too spicy for me, and the sesame miso ramen was ok.

Joshua Haftel

Love this place. So homey , nice comfort food , and the owners make you feel like family.

David Holtz

The food is delicious - not too spicy , and great value ! Surprisingly good garlic fries .

Jim Maricondo

Carpaccio and siumai especially super but everything is yummy.

Tobias Schmidt

Spicy sesame miso ramen is solid but not exceptional

Amelia Mani

Don't leave without have the mochi - these are the real deal, not to thick, not too chewy .... juuuuuuuuust right

Eric Gelinas

timoni west

Suprisingly cozy pan-Asian. Best of all worlds on that side of the world.

Mark Munro

Garlic noodles and Mongolian beef were quite good. I’d pass on the chopped chicken salad in the future.

Henri Liriani

Vibe is chill , service is amazing, and I LOVED the sesame miso ramen .

Alice M

Sesame miso ramen ! Damn those noodles are good.

Renganathan Ramamoorthy

My wife thought the spicy miso ramen was amazing. Being vegetarian , the vegetarian version was meh.

Melissa Cooper

If you like garlic - you'll love the garlic edemame.

Eliot Chang

Great for pan-Asian variety, but nothing is top of its class in SF

Greg Price

Spare rib bao is giant and excellent, with pickled cucumbers .

Luke Andrews

The tofu is simple and fresh. Try the mushroom lettuce cup .

Bikash Mishra

Spicy miso ramen and the laksa are solid.

John Steidle

Laksa was solid. Rib bao was excellent.

Ali Uro-May

Can't go wrong with the fried rice or the steamed buns .

Dave

Mongolian beef is bomb

Ashley Rose

Tasty ramen at this small Thai eatery .

Ugur Kaner

Used to love their food, but quality dropped significantly lately. Mongolian beef potion is now half of what it used to be, and got my tummy upset past couple times. Sad, but won’t be ordering again.

Simon Burns

Green curry is so so good. Chicken miso was fine, but there is better.

Chris Ingle

Spicy sesame ramen !

Bo Lu

Seafood fondue ++

Mikahla Vicino

Dumplings + Miso Ramen . A+.
