Good hotel . 36 Euro from airport . Exec Lounge had beer , wine , hot food in the evening and good breakfast . Room was comfortable and clean . TV had many English channels. Friendly multilingual staff .
Nice staff in the hotel BUT why this bad American design throughout the hotel . Denmark is famous for design - learn from it. Here is my tip: explore the city , it is amazing and do it by foot.

Waterfront front rooms are lovely. Such a great view . Breakfast menu in the room is limited with just eggs on offer (?!?!). Other than this, it's a clean and friendly hotel . 10 mins walk from centre
Dissapointed about the lack of free wifi in the lobby and terras. Food was great. Ask for the watermelon with coconut and mint salad . The concierge was very helpful and friendly .
Live jazz and espresso martinis in the lobby bar , plus fast WiFi , make this a good hotel choice for you and your mate, Ernest Hemingway Jr.

Nice locationby the sea. Close to city center. Rooms are clean , service is good, staff is so nice. Prices are higher than average, but affordable .
A 10 minute walk down the promenade brings you to a fantastic shopping mall and IMAX cinema .

We took 3 bed rooms in the 10th executive floor. And it was the worst service ever. The midtown restaurant serves the whole hotel . & the waiters are only two in the whole hotel . Will never be back.

Not the best but get a room on the 11th floor river view and go to the executive lounge for a great view of Copenhagen. Um.. That's all.

Functional but depressing hotel . The polite staff don't offer the same level of service expected of a top tier hotel . Room service is passable at best. The saving grace is the view of the waterside.
Nice hotel . However, leave plenty of time to check in and out. Urgency is not something that appears to be practiced. Otherwise, great experience.

If you're looking for late night food and are considering room service quesadillas or the risotto , just skip them. Not good at all, even for the price.

No slippers and bathrobes , only 1shampoo per 2 persons. Terrible service. Breakfast is good, but so many people... Difficult to find table. I would not recommend this hotel .
