Love this place! Whenever I am in town on business for TransCanada Pipelines I have always stayed here. That makes 11 years now!
Very clean and well maintained, located near great restaurants in downtown Calgary. Try Catch in the lobby or Blink down the street.
Friendly service and fresh hotel made pastries at the Baker's coffee shop . Plush seating area makes it a convenient meeting place!
Very nice hotel and spaceous rooms. still funny how there is no drawer space. :) Downstairs bar is a nice place to relax after a long travel day.

Room service staff is awesome! Have had it 3 times and they are very customer service focused! Food was yummy as well .
The Sunday brunch buffet is the best in the city .
I can hear the CTrain from the 4th floor. Ask for an upper floor if periodic rumblings bother you.

Diamond passport holders only but the lobby bar is just as good. Club was dead every day I visited.
