Much improved after reno.Prefer this2 Starbucks Reserve on weekends - less crowded .Only 3staff on duty so d wait could b long.Svc @their Arkadia outlet is more efficient.

Really relaxing. Indoors has a nice warm ambience. Outdoors, you get some nice breeze and you get to see the park . I love their ice blended Mud Pie and Hot Double Chocolate with Marshmallows .

Get something hot and chill inside, or grab something cold and sit outside or take a walk around the park , best advice I can give... (:

Wish this shop can extend the closing time. Weekdays 11pm, weekend 12am. Normal ppl will hang out till at least 1 or 2am.

Staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Coffee is good but not great.

The queue is from the cake display to the cashier . And when u have left the line please don't expect anyone to let you cut queue. No matter how hard you stare or clear your throat.

Coffee Bean offer wide variety of drink is good, but their service not on par if you compare with Starbucks. Very stingy with their tissue, and they don't have enough staff to help with the cleaning

I'm a team member at nu sentral is on friday they did not give me disscount for part time and they just tell me no disscount ..

The place is nice but the staff needs to pay attention to customer orders during peak hours. Had to wait for 30 mins for food whereas others got their exact same order. ????
