Rakuzen (樂膳)

The food is great and befits the price. Order the sukiyaki . Staff are friendly and responsive. Make reservations first though or wait, as this place is very popular especially on weekends.

Easy to choose any tables/seat. This Rakuzen outlet is quieter .. Unlike other rakuzen's outlet in KL.

very close to authentic Japanese foods at casual restaurant in Japan. Recommend!

Green tea dessert . Even the bowl and plate were properly chilled. Wonderful!

Good Japanese food but certainly not the best you can find for the price, usually packed in weekends & holidays, good for gatherings and such

Ask for an outdoor table instead if the weather is good. There are fans and you get a great view .

Made reservation for 7pm. Got there 6:45pm. Was told to come back at 7pm. Returned to the restaurant at 7pm, still have to wait.

The place are casual enough. Food are generally good (a bit salty). Just bit pricy . Sashimi are fresh.

Better avoid this outlet. Sat down at bar counter and saw flies sitting on freshly made tamago. Ordered a roll and there’s a hair on it ????

The salmon is v delicious, so is the prawn tempura..coming back again

They allow pets on their premises. U can enjoy sushi n the view , w/ur four legged friend by ur side.

Pricey for the quality and portion. There are better ones in town . Personally, I prefer Sushi Zanmai . This one in DPC always packed. Some staff rather rude. Sushi prep and area not very hygienic.

Super friendly and attentive staffs . Food portion is big!

Dont know what to order though. Still sushi zanmai menu is the best. They serve very slow.

Food quality & portion r inconsistent. I'm a regular. Usually visit their branch in GTower. No issue there. Here no use complaining. Manager just brushed it aside. No replacement. No discount . No FOC!

Great Japanese food . Especially their salmon fish head grilled and sashimi .

This is the amount of tea they refill when I ask for a bill. And another server came to fill up full when I haven even touch the cup after the first refill

Too stuffy! Gotta boost the aircon. Staff should lower down their voice and not shouting at each other so loud in the restaurant . Garlic rice portion is way too small compare to Subang branch.

For the amount of money I pay for a bowl of ramen , I expected my green tea to be filled without asking. What a shame.

Bad service. Never inform us the air cond leaks when we happily seated down. When complaint, the reply was "ya. We know".

The maki is soo poorly done. The food is soo mediocre and I'm paying RM 38 for a set? All in all, food is not up to par for its price.rather go somewhere fancier wif better tasting food!
