The concierge service was amazing!!! Very friendly and super helpful in arranging our trip to Malaysia. Check-in and check-out process wasn't as smooth though. Quite far from the main attractions .

The staff , the room, the pool, and the location was perfect. Receptionist was very helpful.

Smoking friendly hotel - many places to smoke, including in the room, nice swimming pool , could also smoke there, everything else is good except: hot water, it's too hot.

Executive rooms have comfy beds and are spacious . Tap in the toilet was slightly leaky tho. Rain shower available but bath tub fit only for one person.

Rooms are great moreso the service! Their signature scent at the lobby hotel is a nice touch and indeed worth to compliment for.

The thai Resturant is the best I have been to in terms of the authentic taste

quite nice hotel . mostly for business I think. the bath up is small and they seem not providing a shower gel . all tubes put are only shampoos and conditioners. huh !

4th floor food court supreme soup has pig 's brain herbal soup . Simply fantastic!

Overpriced rooms, but generally a decent place to hold meetings, decent food, should try silkroad or the Korean restaurant . Well what can you expect from a 4-star hotel ?
