Really lovely location near mrt. Breakfast is unlimited choices. Rooms are very tidy and cleaned up very well every day. Hotel surpassed our expectations. First time in Singapore is a win!

The first 5 star hotel I ever lived and I would like to stay again if possible. The view is too awesome (merlion side). The facilities and I like the curtain in the room and toilet . The bed is comfy .

I stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the nice room and the fantastic view over the bay . The pool area and gym is also nice.

Great free WiFi and location. Ideal for business trip. 24-hr room service . Room is spacious . Bathroom comes with 3 different types of shower : regular, rain and massage . Breakfast buffet costs $56.5.

Great room: Nice firm bed, love the 3 way shower heads & shower seat! Lots electrical sockets but dont charge phone w/the 10amp one under tv , too strong. Great loc: 2ndflr connects to malls .

Great & welcoming staff , personally prefer it more than the hotels in area as it's not too crowded & well connected to the shopping malls around it

Car valet service : Flat fee $15 for 1st 6hrs, $20 after time limit. Actual parking 6hrs costs $11 (& $2.20 aft 5pm) on weekdays; and $10.40 on weekends & PH. Underground carpark massive (2,000 lots!)

Service is absolutely great!!! Staff are very friendly and nice.... The food are delicious!!! Buffet is expensive but worth it!!! It's nice to be here :))

Food for buffet service is rather delicious. Their dessert cakes and mango sago are also very yummy.

Make sure to locate the subterranean path through the mall . That'll save you at least some sweatibg. There's a restaurant at the 37th floor, which is inaccessible to simple pub guests :-(

Not as great as expected. Takes us abt 15 mins every morning queuing to be seated for breakfast . Air conditioning in the room is never right - either noisy or too warm. Have to report it every day
