You can order anything on the menu and expect it made to perfection. I don't really like chocolate chip pancakes . I love Pinky's chocolate chip pancakes .

Pinky's, around the corner from Tampa's most overrated restaurant , Datz. It is also everything Datz lacks. Awesome service, farm to table delicious and healthy food , and a wonderful local feel.

Fresh & Tasty food the environment is unique also they have late breakfast & free coffee . I love their random style.

Came for brunch , had the Italian frittata and a buttermilk pancake . Loved the frittata and the potatoes ! The pancake wasn't hot and didn't taste fresh, but was still good.

Great atmosphere but be sure to be here right at 8am or you'll be waiting for table. And they have free coffee while you wait!!

Was hesitant about the pancake breakfast sandwich ....but oh wow was it amazing. Big enough for two. Must eat with syrup on top!
