As a Jew, cross-contamination is not a good thing. Good customer service meets and exceeds expectations. If I am buying a veggie sandwich , I expect the person serving to change their gloves.
Workers here don't speak English as there first language. And one of them touched meat before they made my veggie sub .

If you need a friendly face with your sub , this is not the place. But subs are good.
