Starhotels Rosa Grand

I stayed there few years ago and it was bad. This time we also stayed there but in the new building and it was amazing! You can't choose weather to stay in the new building or the old one.

Aside from the luxurious design both inside and out, this hotel is loved for its ideal location—just nearby are attractions sic as the La Scala Opera Theatre , and the historic Duomo Cathedral .

Amazing! Really different from the traditional italian hotels , this one is modern and the location is perfect!some rooms are right next to the Cathedral , so you keep hearing the bell's sound.

Excellent location .. but I wish they can change their mattresses .. my body is filled with bed bugs bites all over !

Lovely and conveniently located hotel and my room had a view of the duomo ! Room service food is mediocre! Room and bathroom lovely and chic .

Small but nice room located in the heart of the city . Everything is in the walking distance. Good breakfast also but sometimes it is getting very crowded .

This hotel has Always been my first choice in Milan. Apart from their very long corridors, everything else is great.

Excellent location and nice rooms but the service was very bad! Staff at the reception were rude and when we shared our comments they said its because of the busy season!! Not an excuse

Duty manager the worst! He didn’t even bother 2 make up 2 the infected bites on my body!he didn’t deal with the situation professionally even when he saw the bugs with his own eyes under the mattress!

Nice hotel , near the Duomo and the streets with the shops. Great staff . Breakfast should be better. Good bar staff , very friendly .

Clean and nice hotel . Walking distance to Galleria and Via Monte Napoleone , the best shopping areas. The only bad thing is that they charge 45 euro per day for parking .

Great location. The hotel itself is a bit of a maze; try to get a room in the new section, which has been refurbished to a very high standard.

Everything is perfect, Except that i experienced a bad welcoming from the receptionist .

Good for lunch because of the wide choice of salade . Ottimo per pranzo per la vasta scelta di insalate. Genovese is my favourite.

Free wifi ( only in the lobby ) and only for 1 hour ! The hotel is very close to the Duomo ( 3 min walk )

Not that good but its location is great "few steps from Duomo ". Friendly staff . Good breakfast . No view . Overall it is ok.

Am So NOT impressed with the Hotel .. Poor Service and i didnt feel safe at all walking to my room the halls are like a maze .. Sorry but Milan this is my First and Last Visit .. Rude ppl not my type

The standard room is old & creepy, I suggest everyone to upgrade to a deluxe room prolly looks something like the modern lobby area.

Rooms are old, room service is not good, laundry service is outsourced; bad quality, doesn't work on sundays, no real express dry cleaning . Rooms are clean , nice lobby & aperitivo , location perfect...

Whats good about it is the location near duomo &The front desk service is good but the rooms sucks and if its crowded it becomes noisy

One more thing, they wouldnt let us watch the Wimbledon finals on TV in the hall but that i can understand, although there wasn't anyone in the hall and hotels bar was empty
