Food changes everyday, except for the lion house salmon . Pork is a better choice than chicken or beef (based on two times visit here).
Such a long line for the house rolls, but they’re so light and fluffy, I would go again!
Inexpensive and filling. Good quality, good price. The honey butter with the rolls are a revelation.
A real find. Hearty American food . Hey homey atmosphere . Reasonable prices.
Delicious food with a homemade flare. Tasty and economical and if you go in the evening, very intimate setting .
Menu changes everyday, but the pulled pork is nice and juicy. Top your meal off with a Lion House bottled soda .
Great rolls out of the oven served at your table, don't need to get dessert

Rolls and honey butter=celestial!
Remember the rolls.
Best salmon ever.
Average food. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box. Chicken was overcooked. Would never give back.
No alcohol , no coffee
Meatloaf sandwich is to die for!! Heard they are doing an awesome St. Patty's Day special. Recommend checking it out!:) - Jessica
Great buffet! The steak is amazing, and loved making a shrimp platter of our own. Highly recommend the cheesy jalapeño mashed potatoes! Also get the butter beer and the raspberry mango smoothie! - Stuie Nielson
Christmas lights at Temple Square are heavenly! The gardens are beautiful all year round but at Christmas and Spring they are amazing. - Sibely N. K.
They are constantly giving free tours of the house that last around 15 minutes. Great way to learn about the history of Salt Lake City and Mormons. - Julia Lu
