The Kelpies

What an amazing and magic place. It's all about the horses. It's is a nice park and a great place outside to fresh air

It's a pretty place and the kelpies are quite a pair of stautes/sculptures. It's a shame there isn't a canal boat tour down to the Falkirk wheel as an afternoon tea on a barge would be perfect

Amazing sculptures . You can walk around the area and right up to them for free. There is a big parking lot (free) and cute gift shop/cafe. The park is big and well kept. Such a cool place to visit

Quite the sight to see up close and a decent spot to stop for refreshments. The sculptures light up at night so hang around if you're there at dusk.

Stunning. Will all look fabulous when the rest is completed. Go have a look at the sculptures . It will be a fabulous place to go for a family picnic when all work has been completed.

Quite famous attraction in the area. It is worth a visit. The sculptures are gigantic and very astonishing.

Great pit stop on the way north, but mildly underwhelming up close. Much, much cooler at night when they're lit up!

Get there fairly early to get a car park space. I got there 12.30pm on a sunny day and there was a queue as all car parks were full.

Use the first car park on your left as you drive in. It's currently free, you'll save £4, and it's only a 5 minute walk to The Kelpies.

Well worth a visit. Make sure you go a long and take a look. The tours are also really good.

Beautiful sculptures outside of Edinburgh. These are relatively new. Go early to avoid lines and get good pictures!

Interesting sculptures of two horse heads . Background of the mythology was good. Charged us 4 pounds to park in the lot closest, there was a free one but it was a walk.

Amazing modern art , full with energy. Salute to the artist .

Up close the Kelpies are very impressive - parking an issue though, no way near enough spaces!

The kelpie statues are quite something and there are some good short walking trails

Don't miss the guided tour . The inside of the statues is worth seeing.

Go midweek if you want to avoid the crowds. Well worth the detour off the M9.
