By far one of the best MAC stores I've been to! Never had a negative experience here. Everybody's always so nice & helpful. Much better service than counters :)
This one is very busy but worth the wait. The MUAs are fab here. Better than department store MACs
Get clarification when making an appointment. The process isn't the best. You have to be in the store for an hour b4 your appointment.
Typically I come here because its less of a hassle than the galleria , however, customer service isn't great and the staff isn't that knowledgable or helpful with suggesting new products for purchase.

Worst Mac I've ever been to... bad service, rude, and not knowledgeable about the product. I suggest the Galleria store or Nordstrom.
