Very nice Ulta in a nice neighborhood . Had a different setup than most that I've been to, cashier was really patient with me when I was looking for a coupon ????

First time at this Ulta. Alysha was passionate about finding the right product for me; she showed me how to do my make up as beautifully as she had her's done! And all with a genuine smile!

Great service here. Parking is sometimes tough. Love the IT brand. Good gift choices during the holidays.

No one greeted me as I walked in. I was looking for some advice on foundation and to purchase a few items. Oh well , their loss.

Not the best customer service. No one greeted me despite the fact she looked me dead in the face. Nobody to ask for help when the signs say,"ask a member to etc...."

Bad experience. No one helped me. Three employees were chatting in beauty, and one stocking. I'm the only customer. Maybe schedule different specialists so you don't give wrong the impression.
