Living here for 9 years has been a nice touch, it's become a nice cosmopolitan area.
Nice big park , perfect for dog walking. Watch out for regular bread dumps though - canines can't resist. Plus don't let them go in the bushes. Unfortunately people leave nasty surprises :(
