Ask to see the meat hanging room, the chef took us to see it and was telling us about the meat's provenance. Really interesting. Lovely staff and tasty food

Beautiful canal side location. We watched the coots swimming about for hours while we sipped our cocktails in the sunshine.

Tequila & mango cocktails were delicious and proper boozy , but we had to wait over 5 minutes between buying them and drinking them.

The terrace is very nice. The service is good. The food, however, was disappointing. I ordered Shrimp Linguine which costed £16.50 and it looked like this. Was it shrimp from the nearby Regents Canal ?

The steak is top quality, the wines are excellent, and the spot is an oasis in central London. Had a most enjoyable dinner on New Year's Eve.

Hearty Sunday roast . Limited veggie options , but they are quite tasty.

Don't stand at the bar or the old folk will complain you're in the way...

The haddock chowder is lovely but very small for the price, the staff are nice but it's a bit posh price Pizza Hut service.

We went here for lunch , an hour and half later it still hadn't arrived. We ended up waking out.

Friendly but slow service. Massively overpriced for mediocre quality. A cabbage side costing £4. Views of canal were blocked by stacks of unused chairs. Would be nice if they took more care.

Overrated; very unsatisfactory service and food. The steaks are disaster. Just grab a sandwich next door and enjoy.
