Really nice property. Great staff . Jazz at the front desk rocks; she is really enthusiastically helpful. Very good breakfast with cooked to order eggs , omelets and carbs.

Stay at this hotel ! Great service, lovely staff . The hotel has been kept up well . OH, and eat at the in-hotel restaurant - the French Toast is delicious!

Staff is super friendly . Great room service . BUT, if you're looking for a quiet space to relax on a business trip, forget it. The room doors are so heavy and loud they shake the hallways day and night

Very friendly and helpful staff . Convenient location to downtown district, and many eateries due to being in Vanderbilt area.

Edward, the bartender , is incredibly engaging and has a great sense of customer service, He is the best advertisement for the hotel Hilton could ask for.

Rooms are Hilton standard aka very nice. Lots of little extras. Super nice staff .

Parking is a little spendy but it's in a good location. The in-house kitchen is pretty good, too.

The hotel uses the plastic coffee cups things for in-room brewing instead of real coffee . If you like those things, good for you. If not, there aren't many options.

Nice spot... Pricey , but better than the other options closer downtown. If you plan on a late night out, have a car or prepare to pay for a cab, which will run about $10

The staff was amazing and rooms were well maintained. Love staying here.

As others have said, check out the shuttle! Even not from the hotel : they will come and collect you
