It’s a great pub with lovely staff who have worked through the pandemic feeding the neighbourhood with takeaway Sunday lunch and other meals. Love the burger and small plates also Sunday lunch too.

Went for the office christmas party. Nice interior for group lunch and tasty food. Good cocktails . Recommend it.

Great little spot. The beer garden is a must-see. Go down and have a look. Friendly staff and good music . Will definitely go back

Once had so much character; warm & traditional w/ cosy nooks & a "favourite local" atmosphere.The refurb has changed all this. Looks more like a cafe trying to be a bistro . Slow cocktail service , too.

Relaxed pub with a very mixed clientèle. Look out for the secret beer garden down in the basement . One local, who probably never visits, is the Foreign Secretary - you can see his armed guard nearby.

Good food, decent range of beers , average wine , really really poor service. Spent new years eve with friends - we will not be returning again. There are much better alternatives in chalk farm/camden.

Re-opened today after a months refurb . They've tried to go trendy with the place, which is a shame as its lost much of its original charm.

Great pub , probably the best food I've ever had in a pub . And they have Staropramen! Quite busy, though.

On Sunday get there before 2 pm to get a seat!! Nice jazz all the afternoon!!!

The slow roasted pork belly is divine. The sticky toffee pudding tastes a bit like socks.

Service was quite good one we were in - turns out it was just getting in & using your groupon voucher which was the difficult part

The first pub I found that does afternoon tea , quite a noisy place for a relaxing tea time. The food was just OK, the service was so so, wouldn't recommend it.

Since the refurb , it is completely ruined. No longer a lovely charming pub , but an establishment to shove an expensive , poor choice, menu into everyone.

Beer garden is ok. Downstairs toilet is gross. Much better options in the area.

Rude staff , poor service, small portions, they forgot to put my order in even though the place was empty. Avoid!
