Chef and LA-native Ray Garcia’s new restaurant at Disney Hall — marks the end of Patina’s longstanding era with a full food and beverage revamp at Downtown’s Music Center.
The ceviche is superb. Chicken liver mousse sublime, cauliflower subtly spicy and the short rib scrumptious.
The ceviche was so good we ordered a second dish of the same. Fabulous! The cauliflower was dynamite. We’re coming back. Excellent wines .
