Outdoor mall with a couple of shops. Has a food court and a market shop.
This place is in bad need of modernization...but the location is ideal and the shops are fun enough to stroll through. Still, it could use a facelift.
My favorite places are The Kona Coffee Cafe , Limited Editions Hawaii(my wife's) she spends all of my money in this store. LOL
