My usual 1st meal in Vegas. Best Combo PanRoast !! Fresh shucked oysters & cherrystones. Line might be long but it's worth it. Now open 24 hrs!! Chef & server are friendly and nice!

I’ve been here dozens of times the gumbo in town on this trip I changed up and had the pan roast combo lobster , shrimp , crab delicious. Great service highly recommend

Freaking amazing and well worth the wait. We go every time we're in Vegas and usually wait 1.5 hours. Great, friendly staff and gooooooooooooood seafood .

Best soups ever in the entire world! Ask for a spicy10 if you like hot hot hot! Open 24hrs the best for a Vegas hangover!

How about give your # and we'll text you when you can be seated. 40+ people in line looks cool for business but can also be spending money while they wait to be seated. Sounds like a WIN WIN Guys!

Always a line no matter what time of day.. Raw oyster & clam are so fresh & delicious. The wait is well worth it ????

Firstly, note that Oyster Bar is in fact just a bar : no tables or sit-down area besides the bar top. This, not a great place for a large group. With that said, the line is long for a reason.

If you like it spicy , got for a 7+. Whether you pick the Combo Pan Roast , Étouffée or the Cioppino ; you can't go wrong.

We ordered the Etoufee and Combo Pan Roast . Pan Roast has a creamier base and is my preferred dish. Don't rush to taste it because you'll end up with a burnt tongue like me!

Gumbo , Jambalaya , pan roast..just try it all. Well worth the wait.

Luckily we love the food here because we watched about a dozen people behind us leave because of the wait as well as drunken people being obnoxious in line .

Pam roast was some of the best food I've had! It was well worth the wait! Any place that has a line despite being open for 24 hrs is worth it

Get 1-2 dozens of oysters , a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp & lobster diavola stew over linguini .

Awesome combo pan roast & house gumbo . Estimate 1 hour wait for every 10 people in line . Then once seated, it's another 30+ min for food to be served. ????????

They really should hand out those light up disks or something so you are not held hostage in line for 2 hours so we can be seated when our name comes up like every other place does. NOT ENJOYING THIS!

Always get the combo pan roast . It's amazing.

Locals love this joint! There is always a line so don't go during peak eating hours. If you like all different types of seafood , order the combo pan roast . Like it spicy ? Order higher than level 7.

Combo Pan Roast is a must! Spicy Jumbalaya is a second favorite.

If spicy 10 doesn't do the trick & if JJ is working ask him 4 Lava sauce he is the only one that makes it. This potent habanero sauce will give any dish that extra kick...

Try the fra diablo ! Caution: "5" is as spicy (maybe spicier) as an "8" for the gumbo

I was amazing! Come early or wait in line ! Combo pan roast !!!!

If EZ is the chef , ask for the Hellfire sauce (not Lava). Apparently each chef has their own special hot sauce
