The Big Muddy, a brisket and sausage sandwich , is phenomenal. Their brisket is as good as I've tried. We also tried them for a catered dinner and it was top notch BBQ .
Get the ribs , side of the mac, add st louis style bbq to the mac, and Boom! You just got the best rib and mac combo in the hisotry of the world.. every.. of all times, ever!
Awesome ribs (juicy, tender, fall off the bone). Best value (my opinion) is the 1/2 slab of ribs , two sides, and a drink $14.99.
The brisket is absolutely to die for. Good smokey flavor , tender, and cooked to perfection. I believe it's complemented best with the coffee sauce.
Was very good, but also very busy. When food runs out, you have to look for something else. Stood in long line outside to get in to order food. Food was excellent but get there early.

The ribs are so tender they nearly fall off the bone.
The bbq may be good but I did not like the brisket cheesesteak , made me sick with too much of the "cheese ".. Would be much better with table service and standing in a line first stinks.
