Cobb Salad is basically kale . Not stalky. The dressing perfect. I substituted chick peas for bacon Quinoa for the cheese . That's the perfect meal. I had thought to add steak . Great just like that.
The salmon , shrimp and tofu are all good options. Plus the vegetable sides are very flavorful and well seasoned. Definitely will be back again.
Good choice for paleo , vegan , generally healthy choices . Cajun shrimp , sweet potatoes , kale & squash salad were all good.
The pork is good. The carrot fries are great. Everything is gluten-free, and they have vegan options . Everything is flavorful.
