Hyatt Regency Houston Intercontinental Airport

This hotel is in a bad area of town . Hence the gates around the property and the security guard in the golf car. The pillows were awesome though and wifi was above average!

Absolutely fantastic check in this morning. Sent here by United and while only here for a couple hours, very friendly and courteous. Clean rooms and bathroom .

If Continental Airlines mess up ur travel plans def make them book u a room at this hotel . Amazing beds! Great decor and an awesome bar in the lobby! :)

Hospitality is great. Bathrooms need updating. Wifi is pretty strong. I recommend it.

Do not take the airport shuttle , unless wasting an hour and masochism are your kind of things.

Room was freezing cold and we were not able to get on the complimentary shuttle because there was no room. Nice looking hotel but I would not recommend.
