They have had a complete turnaround. Great service, tasty food, and a clean and friendly eating environment. I've been here multiple times recently since the updates.

Tired of the negative tips from last year. They have really improved food and service. It's Saturday morning and jammed to the rafters, and we are already done eating after being here less than 30 min

Love the food, prices and ambiance. Great for a family meal.

Be sure to ask for Oisin, the Irish server. He is delightful and well worth a great tip!

good omellettes. I had a spinach mushroom and swiss and Marsh had a country omellette. Service was average in time, but pleasant. Restaurant was crowded-end of brunch on a weekend.

Yummy food. Depending on server you can get your food fast or really slow or not at all. We have had really good service and other times not so good. Its hit or miss. Just hope you get a great server.

Food was great ... A newer IHOP --- nice & clean ... Only issue is that the temperature is way too high -- how about some AC ??

Complete 180 on service and food. Delightful, we come here often. Had a bit of trouble finding their stride but give them another chance.

When IHOP opened it was terrible. Now they are great. I come here about 2 times a month.

This is my 2nd time here nd both times it was horrible! The service sucked, my food wasnt hot, my pancakes were hard oh nd i was dying of thirst. My waiter never came over 2 ask if we needed anything

Food was luke warm and service was extremely slow. Took more than 30 mins to get pancakes . This is a great location for an IHOP, I hope they get new management.

Been here several times without an issue. Maybe I've just been lucky.

Service was ok, but the food is just ok as well . My first order I had to send back. The waffle was over cooked, sausage burnt and eggs were really dried out.

Service is Basura!! Servers walk pass your table & won't ask if you've been helped or served. Food is served half assed. Waste of time & $$$$.
