The loop trail to Inspiration Point is great for beginners: 2 miles , very even (no ankle twisting likely), easy grade, many places to stop and take a picture or rest on a clean bench , panoramic views
There's a rustic trail if you keep going toward the right. Half trail , half rustic creek. Fun if you don't mind getting your feet wet.
Nice short hikes abound here with nice views of very fancy peoples estates and the Pacific. Parking can get packed on weekends. Great for kids.
