Hands down, the very best starbucks in NYC . Especially if you're a regular. They see my face & my drink is ready before I even get on the line ! Amazing, super friendly staff . Quick even when crowded !

One of the few Starbuck in NYC that still remember their regulars names.

Best group of people here, at all times of day. Very friendly and the drinks are always perfect.

Staff is great (night staff included). They sometimes run out of iced coffee , which is frustrating, but I've experienced great service here.

That is weird paradox because Starbucks are providing free wifi internet connection but not power. I will not be next time at 56th street 6th ave.

Very bad. No free place to sit and they have closed free seated areas and they don’t let you inside because of boxes and store manager didn’t want to solve anything

Holiday spice flat white is da bomb

Some staff seem very unmotivated. Whatever I ordered (food and coffee ), the guy said they wouldn’t have it turned out they did. He social media accounts on his phone whilst taking my order.

Went for frappuccino happy hour and got a NYC special edition starbucks card. I LOVE it!!! I am sure they won't last long.

Staff were really friendly when I was here (late morning).

The best coffee ever

Not sure why my drink cup was written on using white-out. Now I have wet white-out all over my hands.

Once you achieve "regular" status, this place is great.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Coffee taste is off every day --- do they wash the pots? Rude rushed staff . Overcrowded. Not the Starbucks to choose if you want their great coffee and relaxing atmosphere .

Evening staff really has issues to take care of, and should do so before they talk to customers with so much attitude. Pretty dirty and it smelled like garbage when I walked in.

The service was fine but the seating is extremely limited. There's only about 10 seats.

This has become the worst Starbucks in the area. New staff are way too slow. There is a line out the door everyday. Plan on waiting for at least 10 minutes to order.

If you order a iced drink or frapp at any point of day then you'll be waiting at least ten minutes. Hate this Starbucks.

Awful Starbucks. Constantly forgetting quick and simple orders, frequently out of bakery items -- I end up being late to work every time I go here.

Turn around. This Starbucks has no restroom .

What a terrible Starbucks. Employees are rude and unhelpful. 20 minutes to produce a skim latte , and that was done grudgingly after asked if the order had been placed.
