Well presented dishes in cool-looking plates. We got the 5 course & matched wines which was good value . Enjoyed the Kingfish , Truffle Mac & Cheese , Wagyu Hanger Steak , and the nicely paired wines !
Absolutely amazing food and drink five stars. Favourite picks the Balmain bug ceviche and the jalapeño martini . And the dessert platter.

The medium rare steak is so chewy it's like it's been steamed. The mulloway and octopus are pretty good. The famous fire+ice dessert presentation is too sweet and lacks subtlety.
Corned ox tounge, pan fried liver are to die for. Top quality fresh ingredients and simple cooking with charcoal to top it off. Will come back for more! - Samuel Yustia
