If you've never been to Lion's Choice before, go with the sandwich that built this place - reg roast beef (small but grt!). Made like your grandma would have cooked it, carved paper thin/medium rare.
Double dip the fries , get extra seasoning on your roast beef , and you can top your sandwich with a slice of iconic St. Louis provel cheese .
Skip the ketchup and dip the fries in a cup of hot jus from the dispenser.
Roast beef sandwiches are all delicious. Make sure to get the jus to dip your sandwich in for more flavor!

This place is the best! Sometimes it's hard to get into the parking lot they're so crowded , but the food is always fresh.
Extra Seasoning, Swiss cheese , horseradish sauce , doesn't get much better than that.
