I love this place! Everything electronic in 1 place. Others complained about being ignored, I like not being hassled by sales people every step. Never had a problem getting one's attention when needed

Excellent customer service. People seem to care about your experience...they helped me install my equipment effortlessly because they could; they are not just passing time until they get off.

Best customer service I have received in years! Jim Rhodes is a great department manager. He is always on his feet and moving to make sure customers are being taken card of.

Tell your significant other there is a giant free coffee machine in the front of the store and you get a free pass to shop without grief. :)

After CompUSA and Circuit City both left St. Louis, we were missing out on a big-box computer parts retailer ; MC far surpasses both of those stores in price and selection, and even more so Best Buy!

Repair & service center far surpasses BestBuy's Geek Squad. All work is guaranteed, which keeps me coming back... That and the FREE coffee station *winks*

It would be nice to get assistance when you approach the "Build Your Own PC" station, instead of waiting for the clerk to finish a personal conversation.

Extraordinary customer service without long lines or attitude...I say this after walking out of the Apple Store after a 20 minute delay by them on a scheduled appt. MC rocks.

It's like a toy store for geeks, a great addition compared to the consumer electronics alternatives. DIY and major brands incl Apple, HP and Dell.
