Best Buy accepts all sorts of stuff to recycle ...cds, cords, hair dryers, etc. Such a great service so people don't have to throw stuff away that will just sit in a landfill forever!

Don't order in store to be picked up in store later. They'll tell you your PREPAID item is ready for pick up and then put it on the shelves to be purchased by other customers.

if you want quality service, STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT TV REPS, they don't work in the store, nor do they know where stuff is.....get someone in a Blue Best Buy shirt .
