It's a cool store if you like computers and gadgets...and aren't an Apple hater. Their new location is much, much bigger than their previous spot at the Galleria.

Customer service was the worst I have experienced. Had an appointment and still waited over an hour while others were helped. When someone finally came to help, they didn’t help at all. Never again!!

We had a helpful genius. Diagnosed battery/charger issue quickly and even sent us elsewhere for a cheaper accessory to solve the problem.

Genius Christian was not helpful and may as well have been reading a script. Didn't resolve my problem and didn't care to try to make me happy.

This place is a mess. Horrible customer flow management. Mob style customer service, poor signage and visual direction. Had 2 later appointments go before me! Not a fan of apple stores.
