The ramen is fantastic and if you’re not a fan of ramen with soup then go for the dry noodles with pork . Best noodles I’ve had in Australia, so much flavour
Char sui is seasoned and roasted beautifully. The ramen is on the small side though.
The vegetarian ramen was interesting but I wouldn’t have it again. My friend had the tonkotsu and said it was great.
