If you are vegetarian , don't eat the rice . It is cooked in chicken broth . Refried beans are vegetarian though. Great waiter who let me know what I could & couldn't eat.

This place is a local chain that serves consistent QUALITY tex-mex with a fun atomosphere. Two words: Mambo Taxi . They'll only serve you two. Get something with the Sunset Sauce.
The molcajete, Serrano limon , pica pica, salsa ranchero , salsa verde , and chile de arbol sauces are all vegetarian (no chicken stock ). Try the Latin stir fry veggies too.
