Close to airport - great staff and nice bar / Resturant - pool on top floor indoor only - no jacuzzi - gym nice size - Starbucks closed for training but they opened and alternative in lobby !

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Nothing is truly exceptional here, but everything is clean , everybody is nice that's enough for me! :-) Didn't try the food though. But I'd come here again.

Great idea to stay here the night before the flight. The shuttle brings you back and forth and you can cheaply park your car long term.

Room was perfect. Comfortable and clean . Skybridge made it super convenient to get places. Parking garage connects to the skybridge so can bypass the lobby completely with digital check in/out

This was a very nice hotel . Comfortable beds and the shower heads were awesome. However, pick up snacks before arriving. $4.00 diet cokes from the front desk are higher than airport prices.

Wonderful staff and customer service.... pool on the 10th floor has a sky view (no steps only stairs though). Beautiful and convenient.

Clean , comfortable hotel - courteous, friendly and professional staff . Worth a return trip.

If you need overnight food just go to reception and pick up sandwich or salad made by chief. Very fresh and tasty.

I was there for a business meeting and the place was very good for that. Parking in Rosemont is always a challenge but this wasn't too bad.

Greek yogurt parfait with blueberries , raspberries , nuts and honey is a nice treat for continental breakfasts during meetings.

Nice business hotel - great service for a stranded airline passenger - the night manager even found a laptop charger for me since mine was checked!

Continental breakfast buffet is the best deal for breakfast . The croissants and muffins are delicious.

Close to O'hare. Convenient hotel bus . Breakfast is fabulous but cost me $23/person!

If you can snag a wifi code write it down and keep it for future visits

Front desk is not in the front. Follow the path towards the back, past the restaurant and bar .

Great place to have a Girl Scout Gold Award Ceremony. 118 Girls received this award this past weekend.

Try the turkey chili at the sports bar it's excellent!

Rooms are fine, but the front desk staff are inept, rude, and lack integrity. There are many hotels in the immediate area... pick one, not this one.

Cheapest and most convenient airport parking .

Seems a bit aged and dated. Service at a reception I attended was rather poor. $25 dollars to park seems steep.

Lobby bathrooms are very private.

This use to to be the Rosemont Hotel , and if you were around that far back, use to be the old Sofitel

Pick somewhere else. These people are jerks!

Bar sucks, got in late and they were having last call, they would not let me take 2 cocktails to go. Only one.....WTF
