Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago

I can honestly say this is one of my favorite hotels , simply because of the staff . They're all so friendly and help you out with everything. My flight got cancelled and the bell boys became my BFFs.

Beautiful rooms, nice atmosphere and is close to the Convention Center . We will try d restaurant on d top level for Valentines dinner !

Beds are amazing as others stated . I booked with American Express and got Executive room even though they were sold out through Hyatt's site. A+ service and the best place to stay for Wizard World.

If u are a diamond member, this place treats u right. Great club lounge , nice gym . Be sure to ask to stay in executive wing .

Huge hotel complex with a nice feeling. Good service , nice rooms, good sports bar/restaurant, cafe etc. It’s a good choice if you are in that area. Close to public transport if needed.

Avoid $30 valet or $22 overnight self-park rates by telling the attendant you're "going to the bar ." Have your ticket validated at the bar and you can park for 3 hours (free of charge).

Great hotel and service, if you are having problems at the airport , give them a chance, you'll feel better after a good night of sleep. Don't worry about your flight, take a nap.

Instead of parking at the hotel , Park at the Chicago Transit authority - .3 miles away and only costs $5 per day!

Very nice hotel . Best for business travelers. Food at the Grille is very good and fresh.

Stuck in Chicago coming back from Spain for 5 nights because of Irene. Staff was awesome Red Bar was busy every night so you didn't have to go fat for a nice night! Overall, happy.

Perks has good stuff. It's in the lower level lobby. Salads , sandwiches , yogurt , water, soft drinks , snack foods, candy n all at Starbucks prices.

Very comfy beds ! Thumbs up to the kitchen and dining room staff , everyone there was great.

The rooms in the circular halls at the end are suuuuuper tiny.

Sound carries from the lobby all the way up. Being ear plugs if you are here for a large event with a late night crowd.

AVOID !! Very noisy hotel-avoid rooms on outer periphery as they seem to have thin walls. I can easily hear train passing through/aircraft landing. Would rather stay @ Westin/ Marriott down the street

Prime spot for people watching this weekend. Big Anime convention going on at the hotel and surrounding area.

Breakfast is definitely better than many other hotels in this price range.

Best bathrooms at con!!! Right to the left of the check-in! Worth the walk from lobby floor!

Bathrooms were awkwardly silent, despite the presence of what appeared to be speakers in the ceiling. Some soft music would've been cool.

I love the heavy heavy blanket at the end of their beds. I did not have to crank the heat to sleep.

Hyatt GP 'Diamond' members may use premium internet service ($5 for plat. and dia. member) and ask for fee waive at check-out.

The staff isn't coordinated...everyone has a different story a out transportation. Nobody seems to know a definite answer to any question asked. Never staying here again'
