Great place! Me and my boyfriend came here for the weekend for our anniversary and the gave us a complimentary upgrade and half off parking ! They also helped us with local food and bars . It was superb

Nice Staff at the desk. Free WiFi for membersour 12/day. 18 dollars fort breakfast . Clean safe feeling hotel . Pool good. Fitness facilities okay. Location is okay, bars close by and an outlet center.

Make sure if you're a guest to always get your parking ticket validated. If you're not a guest, than just park at the mall across the street and walk rather than paying the $20 hotel parking fee.

Right across from Fashion Outlets, so it’s convenient to shop before the flight. Nice and clean rooms , friendly staff . Breakfast is okay.

Had the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin at the Chicago Grill downstairs and it blew my mind. Dirty martini was great too. All in all, didn't mind my flight delay too much after spending the night here.

Staff was very friendly on checkin. Perhaps they've listened to past reviews. Free wifi and drink coupon with their reward program

Super friendly staff . Helped us with directions, got us extra pillows and towels in 10 min, clean beds , great decor. Lovely :)

Great option for a park and fly if you need a night before you fly out of O'hare. Clean , friendly guest staff , HBO and comfy beds

Mediterranean Pizza with pesto is excellent. But the kitchen closed at 11.00pm?

Also it's evident that their sustainable changes improved the quality of the hotel . Bravo :-)

The parking cost a lot even when you are staying in the hotel it's cheaper to park somewhere if your car is going to be in one spot during stay

Check out the view from the gym . Very beautiful.

i've found this Crowne to be a bit lacking. Where are the fluffy bathrobes? Next time I would probably just stay at the Holiday Inn Select.

Ask the front desk staff for discounts on parking or printing and they help!

The free wifi is only $12.95 per day.

Front desk lacks courtesy, cluelessly asked me for photo ID while holding my drivers license. Outdated TV and radio .

Airport shuttle only runs every half hour. Not so great for an airport hotel .

Seems to be the overflow hotel for United Airlines delayed / canceled flight passengers .......free drinks and food all around!

They have very nice smoking rooms.

Do NOT buy executive suite! It is no different than a standard room with a king bed of except the bar you pay for.

Got stuck here after United screwed me. Who has there bar closed at 11:30 on a Saurday?

Food is REALLY overpriced. Bring our own food or find somewhere else to eat. Plan ahead.

Didn't get to try the restaurant , they ran out of food and closed as to 50 people were arriving from the airport . Really? ? Ran out of food??

The food sucks here and the service is slow. Be sure to go over to the Double Tree to eat at Gibsons.

beware-front desk staff need some major attitude adjustments.

Not great food- only one limited restaurant/cafe. They are out of diet coke :(.
