..'can't say much 'bout it slow services..held my niece birthday couple of years ago..with out any hick up..and after that went here again..has no issue arise..bon apetito'!..

Staff so lazy. No one clean the table. By the way, cashier is friendly and some staff are good enough !

Even though it was crowded service was fast correct order served only the strawberry drink was tasteless comment by my daughter other items was good

Slow service, 1-2 counters would be opened only, long line just to order food, dirty and oily tables, no sauce as they barely keep track of it and the sauce pump has some problems too

Nobody would wanna work as table cleaners. That's why it takes a while for tables to be cleared.

Service agak truk. Q panjang . Meja kotor. Pliz do something la manager.

I dont like the sauces dispenser...so hard to press it..why cant they used ones like at McDonald?#mucheasier

Horrid experiences everytime we were here.Do not, i repeat DO NOT come here. Look elsewhere. Nearest at Setiawangsa or Wangsa Maju. Worst KFC joint in Malaysia!!!

Ayam sejuk, kecik..Rasanya kat sini la tempat yang kontrovesi tu. Harap2 x la. Mamat yang masak kat belakang banyak main, gelak2. Kalau blh jgn la makan kat sini.

Kalau Q panjang smpi luar pun..kaunter tetap bukak 2..then slow giler service ...mana2 kfc pun mmg x de backup staff kt kaunter ..
