If you must torture yourself for a long run or a tempo workout, this is a damn good place to let the legs open up. (Pro-tip: there's a honey bucket 3/4 mi beyond the SE entrance)
Great trail that extends from the Esplanade (path that encircles the Willamette River in downtown PDX), South to Sellwood, then East out to Powell Butte and beyond.
If you ride all the way to Powell Butte Nature Park , you can get a spectacular view of Mount Hood!
Beautiful place to ride your bike or go for a run
If you're running or biking in the early morning or late at night wear a headlamp because it gets really dark in many areas.
