The most fun gift store in LA. From a range of books to a whole variety of bobbleheads, latex figures and even an art gallery in the back this place embodies kitch at its finest.

This is a strange little shop that is worth mentioning. On the outside it is covered with brightly colored psychedelic images that looks as eye catching as clowns pants. It really is odd but great.

In 1924 Walt Disney rented this vacant lot for $10 a month. Here he did live action filming of child actors for his Alice Comedies , an early film series combining live action with hand animation.

This place is fucking amazing.

Effing hot as fack! Packed as fack too! But it is a Saturday afternoon. My suggestion if you can, come on a weekday during the afternoon, skip the long hot lines and see/get some sick wacky gifts :)

I remember back when it was in melrose

I love the books here but there's a LOT of straight up junk. Aka gag gifts etc. there are a few displays of better gifts , but the books are really where is at.
