This shopping center is what I like to see in a shopping center . It has nearly everything you may need/want. Ranging from sports stores, to clothing stores , to pet stores , to shoe stores , and more.

Best shopping center right next to Upper Providence Square!
Only places to eat in this center is Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday across the street. Barnes&Nobles does have a Starbucks in it though.
