Made an appointment at the Genius Bar and as soon as I walked in everyone was so helpful, especially Stephen, my tech specialist. Great service! This experience adds to the reasons why I love Apple!

I keep coming back for more!! Very friendly people, customer service, but always extremely crowded ! I always have fun here, and people are always so nice to talk to.

Make sure you have your appointments before heading out to the store in COVID-19 era. The line is moving pretty fast.

This Apple Store tends to be crowded and getting a genius appointment could take days. However customer service is good.

Save $$$ by only buying what you came in for or else you'll end up buying the whole store! I just give Apple all my $$$ always.
